John Withers, Certified International Investigator, Managing Director
John is Managing Director of Priority International, the specialist international investigations support business he leads for Private Investigators worldwide. A licensed private investigator and Certified International Investigator, he has worked in the profession for more than three decades. He joined the company in 1991 and completed an intensive five-year internship across Dublin, Cork, Belfast and London, grounding him in the operational, commercial and professional standards the work demands.
Since becoming Managing Director in 2013, John has led the business with a clear focus on international matters, trusted professional relationships and dependable cross-border delivery, particularly in investigative research, screening, due diligence, tracing, OSINT and intelligence-led enquiries. He also holds the Open-Source Certified designation from the OSMOSIS Association.
Beyond Priority International, John is active in advancing standards across the profession. He serves the Council of International Investigators as Board Member and Secretary, and as Regional Director for Ireland and the UK, and is Secretary and Committee Member of the Irish Professional Private Investigators Association. His contribution has been recognised with two CII Malcolm W. Thomson Memorial Awards for Regional Director of the Year, in 2019 and 2024.
John's approach reflects how the business handles international work: clear scoping, rigorous research, discretion and responsiveness. Gennine Hanlon, Associate Director
Gennine is Associate Director, supporting both investigative delivery and the day-to-day running of the business. Since joining in 2013 she has built more than a decade of experience in professional investigations, research, intelligence gathering and complex case analysis across the UK, Ireland and internationally, including structured research, intelligence-led enquiries, screening, due diligence and case coordination. She holds the IQ Level 3 Award for Professional Investigators, with further training in management and leadership, GDPR compliance and business administration. She has been a member of the World Association of Professional Investigators since 2015, an Associate Member of the Council of International Investigators since 2022, and a Governing Council Member of WAPI since November 2025.

Charley Gracey, Operations Supervisor
Charley is Operations Supervisor, supporting the day-to-day delivery of investigative work. Since joining in 2011 after graduating from Queen's University Belfast, she has built more than a decade of experience in professional investigations, research and complex case analysis across the UK, Ireland and internationally. She oversees the operational flow of assignments, supporting compliance, accuracy and client care. She holds the IQ Level 3 Award for Professional Investigators, has been a member of the World Association of Professional Investigators since 2014, and an Associate Member of the Council of International Investigators since 2022.
