We make international work easier to manage, progress and deliver: proper scoping at the start, clear contracting, trusted handling, and reporting you can use.
1. Initial enquiry and review
Most matters begin with an email. We look at the nature of the case, the jurisdictions involved, your objective, any timing pressures, and the support likely needed. Where the brief needs clarifying, we ask the right questions before work begins, and we are always available to discuss the case by phone or online.
2. Assessment and scoping, without charge
Where appropriate, we assess and scope the matter with you at the outset, at no cost, clarifying the objective, what is realistically achievable, and the most practical route forward. A well-scoped assignment is easier to handle, easier to price, and more likely to be delivered properly.
3. Contracting and compliance
Every assignment is put in place under contract, with electronic documentation that can be completed quickly. Where required, we confirm the matter is being pursued for a clear and lawful purpose and that onboarding information is in place before work begins. Where licensing or regulatory requirements apply, in Ireland private investigators are licensable through the Private Security Authority, and we have fully licensed investigators on staff, we handle matters through the appropriate authorised route.
4. Practical billing
Assignments can be billed in GBP, USD or EUR, and US clients can pay by domestic US wire transfer. International work should not be made harder than it needs to be on the administrative side.
5. Delivery through trusted handling
Once the scope is agreed, the matter is progressed through our own capability in the UK and Ireland and our international network elsewhere, as the case requires. We agree in advance what will be done, how it will be approached, what to expect, and how reporting will be handled.
6. Reporting and follow-on support
Reports are delivered in Word format so they are clear, usable and easy to adapt for onward client handling. Where needed, we support follow-on work and further enquiries as the matter develops.
Why use us instead of going direct in-country?
Many investigators do work directly with in-country contacts, just as we do ourselves. The difference is that international support is our day job. We already work through established, trusted relationships, which lets us assess matters properly, move quickly, and often access support at preferential rates. The value is not simply finding someone in-country; it is making the whole matter easier to scope, manage and progress. And where a case is better handled with fewer links in the chain, we will tell you and make the right direct introduction.
You stay in control of the client relationship
Referring a matter away can weaken the relationship and give away part of the value. Our model is built so you access international capability while continuing to manage your own client with confidence.
